Easter

We hosted Easter this year with Kristen, Dan, Cami and Grammy and Grandpa.  The weather is still cooler with few signs of spring, but at least it was warmer for the egg hunt than it was at the Easter Spectacular.  This time the boys and Cami hunted for eggs in rain boots!

Easter Eggs

This is one of the boys very favorite things to do at Easter time...and actually any time because they frequently ask if we can do this year round!  We used kool aid to dye the eggs again this year and they smell and look wonderful!

Easter Spectacular?

Well we've passed the first day of spring and we hoped for warmer weather, but it looks like just the opposite.  We've gone to the Easter Spectacular every year since the boys were old enough to walk and this was by far the worst weather ever! But, it made for some great memories.  How many times will they be able to say the did an Easter Egg Hunt in their snow boots, mittens, snow hat, and coats?  Despite the cold, it was still a good time!

St. Patrick's Day Parade

Today was a beautiful (and rare for March) day for the St. Patrick's Day Parade downtown.  The boys love a parade and today was no exception.  We packed a lunch and ate while we watched the parade go by.  It was a perfect day! Afterward, we went to Graeter's for ice cream.

Snow Day

Well, it's March and the last thing we expected was snow...and a lot of it!  But, I haven't had a snow day in years so it was great to spend the day playing with the boys outside.
